Simply Divine Café is exactly what the name promises—divine. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted not only with the warm scent of fresh sandwiches and baked goods but also by the incredible attention to decor and detail. Whether it’s Christmas, Easter, or just a Tuesday, this café is always decked out to the nines. Every season brings new, whimsical, and heartwarming decorations that make the place feel like a Hallmark movie set—and I mean that in the best way possible. Now let’s talk sandwiches. I’ve eaten a lot of sandwiches in my day, and the ones here are top-tier. We’re talking fresh, hearty bread, generous portions of roast beef, turkey, or ham (the roast beef is my personal go-to), layered with crisp lettuce, sweet onions, and the perfect touch of sauce. The quality is unbeatable, and the value? Even better. You get so much flavor, freshness, and portion for a very fair price—especially in today’s world. The staff are the real magic here though. Every time I’ve been in, I’ve been treated like family. There’s a genuine warmth and kindness to the people who run this café. They remember faces, ask about your day, and you can tell they care about the experience they provide. That’s rare, and it's what keeps my wife and I coming back time and time again. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch, meeting a friend for coffee, or just want a cozy place to sit and enjoy a peaceful moment, Simply Divine is the place. It's the kind of hidden gem you almost don’t want to tell anyone about because it’s that good—but they deserve all the praise in the world. Simply put: amazing sandwiches, wonderful people, creative ambiance, and pure charm in every corner. If you’re in Williston and haven’t stopped by yet—go! You’re in for something truly special. Update: It's still amazing...

Not easy to find, but worth it. Great design-your-own sandwiches—so many choices. Good portion of meat. Also have several varieties of quiche if you’re there for breakfast. Serve Green Mountain coffee. Baked cookies and deserts look great, but I didn’t partake. You can’t see them from the road. They’re in the back of White Cap business park—southeast rear corner. After the short driveway, turn left and drive to the back.

Amazing counter service! Great sandwiches with freshly made bread, quality fresh meat, cheese and veggies. My sandwich was bulky, delightful and wasn’t messy at all considering how much was on it. Delicious blueberry, white chocolate chip cookie; soft and scrumptious. 10/10 recommend and will certainly be back Thank you!

Really good slice of quiche - fresh from the oven. That plus a cup of coffee was a $6.11 breakfast - great value. Out of the way spot - a bit barren and cold seating but adequate.
